As a trained professional doula I will be with you providing CONTINUOUS SUPPORT during your ENTIRE labor & delivery. From comfort measures to helping you make informed decisions, I’m there for YOU!

POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
Two postpartum visits to discuss your birth experience and to assist with any questions and concerns. I’ll also be able to provide information on any community-based services to help you during this new transition. *If you are interested in postpartum meals or baby care I have a package for that.
CHILDBIRTH SUPPORT
Continuous hands-on support during labor. I’ll provide comfort measures and tips to help you have the birth experience that you want. Evidence based information so you can make informed decisions without fear and regret.
PRENATAL SUPPORT
Two pre-natal visits to discuss your birth plan and provide childbirth education for you and your partner. Evidence based information tailored to your specific needs to help support a healthier and happier pregnancy and delivery.
